The organizing team will provide hardware components worth up to ₹3,000. Teams whose projects are shortlisted must submit a complete Bill of Materials (component list) upon selection. If your project requires additional components beyond this limit, you are welcome to bring your own. All components provided by the organizing team must be returned in proper working condition after the final evaluation.

NavaNIEti welcomes B.E. engineering students from all branches and all years. Please note that only hardware-based projects will be considered.

Teams can have 3-5 members. Solo participation is not allowed.

Yes. You must use the provided IDEA_Presentation_Format template for your submission. The PPT should be saved as a PDF before uploading. Submissions in other formats (Word, Doc, etc.) or changes to the required pointers will not be supported.

NavaNIEti is a fully offline hackathon. All participants must be present at the venue for the entire duration (24 hours).

Registration is free for the initial application. Shortlisted participants will be required to pay a registration fee of ₹250 per person.

All participants are required to carry a valid college ID along with a government-issued ID for identity verification.

Yes! All participants will receive participation certificates.

We will provide the required components for the problem statements, along with internet access and a dedicated workspace for all participants.

Food and designated resting areas (such as lounge spaces or bean bags for short breaks) will be provided.
